Samantha Bonnett did a great job, and was able to get my property sold despite a slow market. I would recommend her for anyone else trying to sell, no matter what type of market conditions there are. She was thorough and did a good job keeping track of everything going on.

Working with Samantha to purchase our family vacation home in the Poconos was truly a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the Pocono area and the many gated communities, helping us find the perfect place for our family. Samantha was always easy to communicate with and consistently responded quickly to our questions. She patiently guided us through every step of the process and made sure we understood all the details regarding the communities, properties, rules, and regulations. No question ever went unanswered, and we always felt well-informed and supported. Her professionalism, expertise, and warm personality made the entire home-buying journey enjoyable and stress-free. We are so grateful for her dedication and highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Poconos. Thank you for helping us find a special place where our family will create wonderful memories for years to come!

Samantha was easy to work with and I trusted her completely. From the first time meeting her I was impressed by her honesty and knowledge about the Poccono communities. She sold my home in the first showing after we received bad advice from another well established broker in the area. Sam told us what she thought our home was worth which was above what we were asking and she sold it in record time. She kept us updated every step of the way. I'm so glad I trusted her and would highly recommend Samantha over any other brokers.

Working with Samantha was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her deep market knowledge and professional expertise were evident every step of the way. She made the entire process seamless, and her exceptional negotiation skills truly shined when she successfully sold my property in just three weeks! I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
