Casey deserves every star given above. No fluff in this review. He is detail oriented and actually CARES about his work product which is an extremely rare quality these days, e.g. HE ACTUALLY RETURNS HIS CALLS! I know...hard to believe... Casey was always very involved in the process and had the requisite knowledge to confidently guide us through this monster/disaster of a process that the State of California has created. His knowledge coupled with his engagement in all the aspects of this process put us at ease in knowing that he was always there for our questions and in looking after our best interests in this transaction. If we had to do it again, we would absolutely use Casey, no doubts about it at all. We have had to use other real estate agents before and absolutely none of them even came close to the competence of Casey-period. A specific example of his above and beyond approach was in helping us prepare the house for sale. Casey made suggestions about painting and lighting that in his opinion needed to be changed. We took his suggestions to heart and did a little painting and changed some lighting. As a result, the house sold in only a few weeks for over our asking price. Also, due to his marketing techniques which included a video of our property, we had THOUSANDS of views on Zillow in a matter of weeks.
