ZillowVERIFIED Casey did more for the sale of my home than I ever could have imagined. The market is so slow, but his recommendations and skill at filling an Open House awarded me an offer on Day one of Open House! Homes on Hillcrest were taking 2-3 months to sell and only after multiple price reductions. Our Open House was full while an Open House up the street the same day never saw a single buyer. His work ethic didnt disappear after the initial offer either and I ended up accepting that first offer a week later at $10 over asking, that was $15k more than their initial offer. He is personable and smart with the patience of a saint. I definitely threw him a few obstacles during the sale that he made work with ease. I could not recommend any realator nor any person higher.

ZillowVERIFIED Casey masterminded a quick, effective resolution to my difficult situation. I had to sell my brother's home in CA from my home in Utah. I used his contacts on everything from pool care to painting and electrical work, all worked quickly and reasonably priced. We received 4 offers at the first open house, we moved to closing just a few weeks later. ZillowVERIFIED Even though he may be young in the industry, he was absolutely knowledgeable, very attentive to detail, and willing to do what is necessary. We were causally browsing when we found our "Forever Home" and he helped us get there. Not to often does a relator tell you that the our decision to sell through a Commercial Flipper Company and was the right decision for our circumstances so that we could be in escrow for the home quicker than doing the normal route. One of the best things that I believe helped us get results is how he guided us through negotiations to get $65K below Asking Price!!!! Another is his social skills and networking relations which was really critical with this deal. With out his working relationship to the other agent we would have been rejected by the sellers. I will definitely recommend him to others for buying or selling a home.
