My first time buying a house. He made it seem so easy. I did not have to double call, double text, double email. Anytime I had a question I had an answer in 5 minutes. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I owned a home 4 hours away from where I currently live. It was time to sell. I contacted JD as he was recommended to me by several people. I had no experience with selling a home and he was very informative and helpful along the way. I had a lot of questions. He was quite patient and kind and gave me many suggestions. He took care of many of the details of selling as I was not there to see to them personally. I was reassured many times that he had everything under control. JD made this a very good and positive experience for me.
