We had a terrific experience working with Josh to buy a home. We had tried three other agents prior to finding Josh and the difference was night and day. He was always attentive and eager to assist with any questions we had. Even if it was something he wasn't sure of initially, he did the research and found the answer. He always quickly responded to texts and phone calls. His expertise helped us feel comfortable to make the home purchase. He had great suggestions and was genuine, honest, and upfront about everything. We truly valued his opinion throughout the process. We would gladly recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy or sell. He has helped a few of my family members as well and we all had the same experience. If we decide to sell this house, he's the agent we will be calling!
