That's how aggressively she will work for you.Before signing with Dotty Lou we had originally signed with another agent at another company. That agent acted as though our condo wasn't on her list of priorities of things to do the entire time she had it listed. I don't believe she ever showed it herself, leaving the agents of interested parties to show. And never did she bring us an offer.Hurricane Dotty Lou from day one began with photos, listing on MLS and in all markets that she knew were the most beneficial and would attract the most buyers for our type of property. She also uses every type of social media site that is best suited to draw interest. She sent out post cards with photos and info about our condo. And within the first week after advertising we began to have showings. We knew then that we had chosen the perfect realtor.
