Vada is an amazing realtor! I gave her a list of my aEURoewantsaEUR? and there were several of them and some were oddly specific. I figured that Id give her the list and it would either take months to find something or Id have to choose which aEURoewantsaEUR? were expendable. She went to work. Within a matter of days (not months, not weeksaEUR|DAYS), she had a list of her own for me to check out. She was very accommodating to my schedule and we looked at a couple of places. She answered my questions and if she didnt have the answer, she had an answer to me by the next morning. When we walked into the place that I now call home, I immediately knew that it was the one. It checked every box on my list. And she knew it, too. And guess what?!? She was hard at work immediately on the offer, then came the counteroffers (and lots of knowledgeable advice that saved me thousands). She went to bat for me and knocked it out of the park! My favorite part was getting the aEURoeoffer acceptedaEUR? call from Vada. She was filled with so much joy that I could feel her smiling through the phone. She has a great attitude, a beautiful personality and an undeniable love for what she does. I will always remember how wonderful Vada treated me from the beginning of the house search until I signed the papers on my home. 100% recommend Vada! Shes an absolute rockstar!
