Michael was very knowledgeable about the area and values of homes that we visited and helped put together competitive offers that I likely wouldn't have known to do on my own in a market that was more competitive than I had anticipated. During the search he regularly sent listings and other leads he had on places I might be interested in and was always prompt about responding, even while out of town himself. During the closing process he was able to coordinate everything to get things done within a shortened timeline and was even able to successfully negotiate the price down a bit when I thought it was unlikely.
