REMAX of Chico

As a newcomer to Chico, I was referred to Sabrina by my brother, who has lived here for years. It was the best recommendation I could have received! If you are looking for a real estate agent who is as knowledgeable as she is dedicated, look no further than Sabrina Chevallier. As newcomers to Chico, we quickly realized that Sabrina is a pillar of the local community. It seemed like everyone we metaEUR"from the bank and title company to other agents at open housesaEUR"knew her by name and spoke of her with the highest respect. From day one, she was an incredible educator. She didn't just show us properties; she taught us everything we needed to know about the process and homeownership. She connected us with an excellent lending officer and inspector, making the entire experience seamless. Even though she wasn't the listing agent on our home, she worked tirelessly with the other party to close the deal. Sabrina is truly the best in the business, and her deep ties to this community make her an unstoppable advocate for her clients!

We had a great experience working with Sabrina to purchase our single family home in Chico. She was knowledgeable, personable, and highly professional. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and showed us homes that were spot on. Most importantly, she was a strong advocate during negotiations and helped us close with confidence.

My mother in-law was diagnosed with dementia and it became necessary to place her in a memory care facility. We were faced with having to sell her home while juggling care for her along with work. Thankfully Sabrina was able to work with local businesses to get the house ready for sale. She was quick to get things done and within a couple of weeks we had multiple offers. Sabrina was very helpful in selecting the best offer that suited our situation. Putting the right people together to have a successful experience.

Sabrina is unparalleled in her knowledge, professionalism, and advocacy for her clients. She helped in every step of a long remodel process, offering valuable advice and support. She responds immediately to questions and concerns with unwavering confidence and skill. I am recommending her to everyone I know who needs a realtor and cant imagine working with anyone else.

Sabrina was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely attentive and made sure that she explained the whole process thoroughly. As first time buyers, this was very important to my husband and me. She was got us all the information we needed on each house we looked at and went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about the home we ultimately ended up purchasing. We can't recommend Sabrina enough! 10/10 stars!
