I began talking with Shelley Bridge about the sale of my home in November, 2019. My home went on the market the second week in July, 2020, and the Closing was at the end of July. Obviously this timeframe included extraordinary circumstances beyond our control due to the COVID Pandemic. Throughout the process Shelley and her team were terrific. They handled every detail professionally and competently and were always respectful and caring towards me. I recommend them enthusiastically!

Worst experience of my life. Duplex for sale. She didnt tell me that the duplex could be sold with the tenants in it, until after I had one tenant move out (at her advice). She didnt tell me that separating duplex parcels could prevent a single-buyer sale b/c the 2nd parcel would require investor property mortgage rates. After numerous mishaps and at my request, she agreed to reduce her fee from 3.2% to 2.4% aEUR| but then she prepared the Closing State with the 3.2% fee, not the reduced 2.4% fee. The Closing Statement had to be corrected hours before the mobile notary showed up at my house (out of state). This is the summary version of everything that happened.
