REMAX of Bemidji

I purchased and sold a home with Wendy Giles. Wendy was very knowledgeable and experienced. We felt at ease with her as our realtor. I would completely recommend Wendy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Wendy helped our family with 2 sales and 2 purchases since 2014. She is a very well organized agent who understands guidance for her clients through the entire process... even aids/companies that can assist in the move as well as storage of personal items. We will certainly use her again.

A wonderful realtor to collaborate with throughout the homebuying process. Communication stayed consistent, timelines stayed on track, and the clients were very well taken care of.

We were new to the Bemidji area and were so lucky to have found Wendy Giles as our realtor. She spent long hours showing us homes, negotiating and assisting with the purchase of our new home! Every time I had a question, she had an answer. She provided us with many options alongthe way. She was professional and had a good sense of humor! She also provided us with utility and repair people in the area that were trusted. We couldnt have done it without her! If you need a great realtor, call Wendy!

Wendy was excellent to work with. She was patient with us and persistent with our hunt for a lake home. She thought "outside the box" and found us the property of our dreams. She is extremely familiar with the area and that served us well on our search as she was able to locate an expired listing.
