Remax Oasis Dream Homes

Meru Maharaj must surely be your biggest asset. He sold 2 houses for me with his masterful touch. Also he sold my daughter's house and found a home which met the needs of my daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter and her husband. Then, he found an absolutely beautiful home in Euclid for another granddaughter. We all love Meru and feel like he is an integral part of our family. He never makes you feel hurried and helps get you through whatever obstacle that might appear. He does all this with such ease and help it is indescribable.

Meru just doesnt have what it takes to be a a top notch realtor. Lacks responsiveness, attention to detail and negotiation skills to get the job done. A nice guy but unfortunately not the realtor for me.

Meru sold my house in April and there is nothing bad I can say about him or the experience! We had multiple offers over the first weekend and he guided me through everything, with only concern for me! I would recommend Meru to anybody!

Terrible! Kept our property tied up with an unqualified buyer then disappeared. Didnt do what he said he would do. He made a lot of promises that he did not follow-through. Do NOT recommend!

Meru is very personable and extremely helpful. He has a strong knowledge of the business and researched what we wanted to know about properties. He was patient as he helped us explore our options and looked at many many houses with us. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
