I first found out about the Subry Team more than 10 years ago when my next-door neighbor used them to sell her house. I was very impressed with the marketing of her property, so I did not need to shop for a listing agent, and the Subry Team did not disappoint. The Subry Team utilizes small point of sale post-its throughout the house like a self-guided tour. This way when another agent shows your property, none of the key features gets missed. They give quick follow-up reports following evey single showing. I wasn't always available to prep my property prior to a showing, but the Subry Team took care of things prior to those showings.
