Todd was a great agent to work with. Being from the East Coast I came out to Seattle to explore an opportunity to relocate for work. Todd spent 2 days with me driving me around the area and showing me different houses and new home construction. Todd really stood out with his listening skills as he spend time on the phone with both my wife and I prior to the trip to understand what we were looking for. He then planned each day based on our requirements. Additionally, I really appreciated how upfront and honest Todd was about every house or piece of land we saw. He was quick to point on the negatives (as well as positives) and gave his advice based on what he saw and what would be in my family's best interest and not his own. I would strong recommend Todd to anyone looking for an agent in the future!
