RE/MAX Northwest

They are seasoned professionals. Our transaction was a speedy turnaround 1031 Exchange. We already had a replacement property under agreement and then needed to quickly sell our rental. They kept up the pace and kept things on the tracks, working closely with us to the end. Thanks Sue and Charles.

We highly recommend Charles and Sue Doepp as realtors! Their expertise and guidance resulted in my mothers home selling quickly and above asking price. We appreciated their professionalism, communication, and support throughout the process and would gladly work with them again.

This is my second time working with Sue and it was just as smooth as the previous time when she sold my house. She definitely helped me make informed decisions about homes that I was looking at, offering her expertise and knowledge of the area. Once I finally found the home that checked all the boxes and we got the ball rolling, everything was super smooth and I always had all the information I needed. She was also super patient with all the home tours, never once pushing for a decision. A true, down-to-earth professional. 10/10.

Sue was great, very helpful, always available, anticipating issues we might have. We got a good price, and everything went really smoothly. I would use her again for sure and would highly recommend her. I really would not change a thing considering how well things went.

We are so grateful to Sue and Charles for their professional, knowledgeable, hard working, kindness and care to us throughout our entire home selling journey!literally from beginning to end they lead with exceptional service. We couldnt be more thankful, or recommend them more highly!
