If you are looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and communicative real estate agent, you are in the right place with Nick! I'm so appreciative of the guidance throughout our recent home purchase experience. Nick is extremely thorough and absolutely went above and beyond. He truly cares about his clients and it shows in the results. I cannot recommend him enough!

We cannot recommend Nick Buccellato highly enough! He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our best interests were represented throughout the process of selling our home! He communicated clearly and consistently with us so we were never in the dark at any point during the process, and responded exceptionally quickly to any questions that we did have. We've worked with Nick previously when looking at homes to purchase as well, and again, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Whatever your real estate needs are, give Nick a chance!

Nick is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Nick was patient, very informative and helpful as we were looking at an area new to us. Nick was a tremendous help in negotiations and helping us find and pick the house we wanted. Nick followed through after the purchase and helped us find excellent local people to help us make our new home perfect for us. I highly recommend Nick, he is a pleasure to work with, absolutely trustworthy, highly knowledgeable and did an outstanding job with us before, during and after the purchase.

Nick did a great job helping us find our new home. He showed us numerous houses until we found just what we were looking for. He also gave us great advice when we made our offer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Buying a home for the first time is no small feat. Nick help make everything as painless as possible. He listened to what we as a family needed and showed us multiple options. He never pushed us out of our budget limit to something that would be too much for us, and always took our children into consideration when looking for homes. He's was extremely attentive, I was incredibly anxious and had a million questions, he was always there to answer them. He is just so good at what he does, and he's the first to crawl in a creepy basement or crawl space...this is the guy you want finding your family their place to make memories. 10 out of 10.
