Re/Max Neighbors

Teddy was always there for us when we asked him to be. He was always responsive, worked weekends/evenings when we needed and without hesitation, kept perspectives realistic, and helped us manage expectations during the prospect of buying our first home. We felt like we could trust him from day one because he never let us feel otherwise. Ultimately, we found our first 2bd, 1bath home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood within 1.5 months, and we couldn't have done it without him. Highly recommend!

Was so grateful for Teddy's time and expertise! He did an amazing job of selling a very challenging property we owned. Timely, efficient, and helpful every step of the way.

From the very first meeting, until closing, Teddy was informative, professional, and a joy to work with. We listed a rental home with Teddy during a time of uncertainty in the market; he presented us a ton of data to help us price our home competitively and correctly. Teddy is a clear and effective communicator, which kept our transaction moving smoothly from start to finish. We appreciated his attention to detail and his hard work during the entire process. Choose Teddy for your next real estate transaction - you won't regret it!
