RE/MAX Mountain Properties

Punctual, detail oriented, friendly, helpful beyond just the real estate.

Having Joe represent me on the selling of my house was an excellent experience. I sold the house while living in another state. Joe was quick to respond to all my questions. Joe kept on top of the buyers lending process to ensure the closing date was met. I will definitely use Joe again if the need arises.

Joe was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond. I can recommend him without reservation.

It was a pleasure to buy a house listed by Joe Karcie. He and his client were patient as our lender and realtor couldn't seem to get their act together. They could have easily given up on us as we were forced to request a 4th and 5th new "closing date." Our house is beautiful, we are so in love, thanks Joe!
