During the transaction we encountered an unexpected issue with a home I was planning to purchase. David and Erika helped me work through the situation, pivot quickly, and ultimately find another home that was a better fit. They managed that transition while still keeping the contingency sale of my existing home on track, which was incredibly helpful during a stressful moment. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and their experience and local expertise made a complicated situation much easier to navigate. I would absolutely recommend David and Erika to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Sonoma County.

Ive thought a lot about if I should post a review. I regret selling my home with David. I chose this team because their home listings had great photos. He gave us bad advice more than once, in the end, cared more about the buyer than us and overall did not know how to negotiate. We passed on an offer, by his advice, and then had to crawl back to it when we could have countered and got full asking if we didnt listen to him. I would not recommend.
