Your first choice should always be Lori as a realtor. People will say that their realtor is the best, no, Lori is the best!! She will MAKE SURE you are taken care of every step of the way, not being screwed over and works so hard to ensure all parts of buying or selling a home are done correctly and EFFICIENTLY. Lori is very diligent & hard working. She responds quickly to both our inquiries and pursue information and/or appointments. We never felt like we were inconveniencing her and we always felt like she was looking out for our best interests. She was very patient in gaining an understanding of what we were looking for - location, type of property, etc. If she wasn't fully knowledgeable about a specific area we were interested in, she was not afraid to contact colleagues or find the answers we needed to make informed decisions. We would not hesitate to work with her again.

Lori was extremely helpful and instrumental in acquiring our home and helping us through the process. My experience with Lori started with an interest in a home on Zillow. Shortly after I filled out the contact form I was contacted by Lori. Unfortunately the house was already pending but she spent over half an hour answering my questions. She explained what I needed to do to have an edge in the home-buying process in the crazy market my wife and I were entering (January 2021). We met with her late January after being prequalified for a loan. She had us fill out a questionnaire to narrow down what home we would be interested in given our parameters ( taste/style, size, budget, etc.). We looked at a home that very day that we loved and were able to put in a offer on the home. Each step of the way she was very responsive to ANY questions or concerns we had, day or night. She genuinely cared about us getting the best home for the best price. Her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness are bar none and I would not hesitate a second on recommending her or using her again should I buy another home.

I have been talking about moving out of PA for quite sometime. Family kept me in PA for the main reason, but anxiety of buying a home and going thru the process was not something i was looking forward too.. my first home buying experience (over 20+ years ago) left me with unwanted desires to do it again. then i sent a simple inquiry thru a website about a FL property and landed in Lori's inbox. Fate took over from there. From the first email, to the closing of my new home.. she was there. whatever and WHENEVER i needed her attention. Kept it real with me. a few properties i would have bought just because of the 'pictures'.. she walked me thru them and showed me why not to buy them..
