REMAX MARKETING SPECIALISTS

Tracie helped us find a condo 19 years ago & when we decided to sell she was the one we wanted as our realtor. She always kept us informed about what was going on with the sell, whether the news was good or bad. We appreciate everything she did in buying & selling our condo.

Tracie was great to work with when I was selling my house. She had a professional photographer who took great pictures. Tracie kept us informed through calls and emails on how everything was going and tried to make selling stress free. I would recommend Tracie if you want an agent who cares about you.

she was very helpful and worked through any problems that came up. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home. we bought a hud house for the first time, so there were a lot of issues that came up.

Tracie did a great job of keeping us aware of the market, what potential buyers were saying about our property, and offering suggestions to help increase our chances to make a sale and get the most value out of that sale. She was always a pleasure to communicate with.

Tracie did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable, patient and professional. Answer all our questions in a timely manner was available when needed . Overly explained the buying process and what was to be expected .
