I had a fantastic experience renting in Livermore with Steve for over two years! He was extremely helpful, highly communicative, and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. All of the roommates along with Steve, maintained great communication as well, creating a wonderful and smooth living environment. Steve went above and beyond by providing a bunch of essentials, making moving in effortless. Overall, he is a pleasure to work with and made everything completely hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Steve helped us buy our current home. Steve was super professional and given the market was very competitive at that time, he directly worked with the seller agent to get the numbers on what the sellers were expecting and suggested a competitive enough but not crazy bid (instead of typical "bid and wait and then overbid" approach taken by most realtors). Steve also got us some $$$ back without us asking when the inspection found some repairs. When we wanted to remodel, he suggested an amazing contractor he worked with and we still have a long standing relationship with the contractor who did various jobs for us.
