I was very impressed with Shaunette. I just happened to meet her in a cafe on one of my job hunting trips to Atlanta from Pittsburgh. Right away I was drawn to her energy. She was super knowledgeable about the area, answered my questions about the best areas to rent until I was ready to purchase, and checked in on me to see how I was settling in with genuine care, not in a pushy sales manor. When I was ready to purchase, Shaunette patiently guided me through the process, listened to my wishlist, and helped me find the perfect home for my current needs. I look forward to working with Shaunette in the future as my housing needs change.

It is my pleasure to recommend ShaunetteA Young.A She assisted my husband and me with the purchase of an investment home in Decatur in 2019. Shaunette listened to and understood our needs and concerns and offered expert advice. She also responded quickly and provided transparent communication. When our deal was in jeopardy of falling through, Shaunette sprung into action and helped us find a lender. She is very knowledgeable of the Atlanta area -- pricing, negotiations, and general real estate investment strategy.Overall, we were very pleased withA Shaunette and her expertise and we recommend her to anyone looking for a good agent.

Listen everyone; if you are seeking a knowledgeable, professional and caring Real Estate Agent, I highly recommend Ms Shaunette Young. Ms Young was recommended to me as I relocated from Maryland to Georgia. Not only did she arrange a short-notice meeting for my quick visit to Georgia, she was prepared with several potential locations and homes for me to consider. I was equally impressed with Ms Young's tenacity while working with the Builder and an Independent Home Inspector on my behalf while I sold my home in Maryland. I also leveraged Ms Young's other resources which facilitated for smooth transition to Georgia. In short, Ms Young knows her profession and worked on my behalf as if she was the Buyer. I will request her support again without delay.

Shaunette Young is very knowledgeable of Atlanta and surrounding areas. She commutative and laid out my home buying process from beginning to end. I'm well aware of the process and logistics behind purchasing my first home! She also one of the nicest business women Ive had the pleasure to work with. You wont regret choosing her.

My experience with Shaunette went above all of my expectations! Her professionalism and experience gave me -a sense of confidence in the process to sell my investment home. Thank you, Shaunette!
