My partner and I had opportunity to work with Marcus in purchasing our first home during a hot sellers market this past year. While we did not go into 2022 with the thought that wed be homeowners, the way Marcus walked us through the process allowed for it to happen. Marcus connected us with great supports who problem-solved when we ran into roadblocks. It took two months and a day from the day we began looking at homes to the day we closed. The timing was impeccable and we just appreciate Marcus for his support, council, and guidance through this process. At the same time, I was also able to sell my first purchased home, which I loved. Marcus encouraged me to move quickly, anticipating the shifts in the market. He really helped me to stage the house, wrote a great listing, and helped negotiate a great deal - more than asking price! The house went on the market, was under contract within two days, and closed within a months time. All of this occurred right as the market began to cool down.
