I listed my house with Jemila. There was no transparency in the effort they put forth to sell my house. We had 3 open houses in 6 months. None of them were set up prior to 2 days before the event. As expected, we never had more than 2-3 visitors. In general, they did not communicate with me unless I reached out to them. I am extremely disappointed and would not encourage anyone to list with her.
