Nilou is the greatest real estate agent! My husband and I had previously tried working with another realtor who didn't respond to messages, so Nilou's promptness and hard work was a real relief. When we first started working with her, she called and explained the entire process to us as first time home-buyers, then she emailed us any time a listing popped up that fit our specific needs and wants. She was able to come on a moment's notice to see houses working around our schedules or even to go see houses for us if we were unavailable, and gave very honest feedback at each house we saw rather than trying to talk us into buying anything. When the house we ended up buying came back onto market, Nilou got us out to see it at 7 or 8PM at night to beat everyone else to the punch, and it was a good thing since we ended up choosing it as our new home! Through the inspection, closing, and even connecting us with loan officers, contractors, etc. Nilou has always been there for us through each step of the process. If we ever did need to buy another house, we would certainly work with Nilou again, and we recommend her to anyone looking for hard work, dedication, and know-how.
