ZillowVERIFIED Dan is amazing! His candor about the selling process was refreshing and he was very supportive in getting our house ready for the market. We followed all his recommendations and sold our house in four days. He kept us informed throughout the whole process from getting ready for market to closing and answered every question we had. ZillowVERIFIED Daniel was an angel sent from heaven. He was very honest about everything no matter how difficult it was. He was so dedicated I felt like I knew him forever...and its so easy to get in touch with him. He's very prompt and quick to follow thru no matter how early or late you contact him.I was quite comfortable with all his recommendations. He was with me step by step and closing went without a hitch. He was so meticulous and with his constant communication to the title company, the date slated for closing didn't change. Everything went like clockwork, and of course he was right there by my side explaining all my questions in detail before I signed anything. The best decision I made was to use Daniel as my realtor. Also, I've already recommended him to my friends and colleagues. He's honest, smart, professional and knows the business. I love love love him. I wish there was a 10 star rating, he would have deserved them all. Thanks Daniel, you are my hero.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I just purchased a home in Crofton with the assistance of Mr. Khoshtinat. Daniel made the whole process less stressful and was always very communicative and easy to reach. Even when we hit a road bump on the walk through and needed a last minute repair completed on the garage door opener, Daniel was able to get the seller to have it replaced while we were at closing the following day. My wife and kids are very grateful to have worked with Daniel! I highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding! Daniel was knowledgable, personable and available to address the various concerns selling and purchasing my homes. One admirable mention is that my home sold for the amount I desired which was more than the comparables suggested, this resulted in setting a higher home value for the neighborhood. Will highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Daniel right here on Zillow and I am very happy with my choice. He made the time to meet with me and listen to what I am looking for. I looked at only 2 houses and I chose one. (JK). I saw so many houses and almost give up during the process, but Daniel kept my hopes up with his positive spirit and guidance. I am now too busy with my home but if you are looking for an agent who makes the time for you with the long list of homes, Daniel is the one.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Daniel on two separate occasions. I first met him when I needed to put my townhome up for rent. He was very professional and easy to work with. When I bought my second home I got a chance to work with him again but this was for a different purpose. Again he was great! I could reach him easily through text and he would get back to me quickly! He is knowledgeable in his area and looks out for his clients interest. I would and have definitely recommended Daniel to anyone in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the pleasure and honor of work with Daniel Khoshtinat and his father Nasi. I was a first a first time home buyer and a little nervous about the process. When I first met them they were very enthusiastic, polite, professional and hospitable. Nasi and Daniel walked me through the entire process first, putting a lot of our worries at and questions at ease. I felt very comfortable knowing they would represent my interests exceedingly well. We visited a number of homes and it was clear they knew the area and the market conditions incredibly well. They were very good at pointing out potential issues in homes which would potentially be problematic for our particular situation. They also made a sure to point out the good things as well. I learned so much from their experience and knowledge. When it came time to purchase the home, they shared with me their knowledge which allowed me to make well-informed decisions and saved tens of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan putting me in a very comfortable position with peace of mind. I highly recommend Daniel and Nasi team to friends, family, colleagues, and strangers. When it comes time to move I will use them again to purchase my next home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known of Dan for years dating back to our college days. He is as honest and loyal as it gets. He helped my father sell his home 2 years ago and this time around it was my turn. He sold my home for top dollar and we have since got an amazing deal and bought new construction. Not only was it great working with Dan it was also great getting to know him a little bit better. He is my friend and realtor for life no doubt about it.

ZillowVERIFIED After a bad experience with another realtor at a different company, I decided to go with Mr. Daniel Khoshtinat. The biggest difference I immediately noticed between my first realtor and Daniel was the communication. Daniel responded to my e-mails, texts, and phone calls immediately.Daniel also provided great insight and knowledge on some of the different houses I looked at. He is also somewhat familiar with the process of light renovations and offered his own opinions regarding certain changes we could make to different houses I looked at.Even after purchasing my home (Thanks Daniel), I know I can still contact him with questions or even ask for his advice on certain projects I'm interested in doing.Thank you Daniel for a job well done!

ZillowVERIFIED Daniel rented my condo at a time when there were 6 others listed for rent in my building. It was a competitive situation and he provided top notch customer service and handled all the tenant screening and walk through for me. By the way he rented my property before any of the other 6 units had rented and they were all on the market before we had listed ours. He is a true pro and the only person I would deal with for my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Daniel did the job of 5 agents when he sold my home for me. I am older and do not have email and he never hesitated to come to my home and get me to sign any paperwork or explain things in detail. In addition my son and daughter were calling him to get clarification and updates. Daniel was always honest and patient with me. When we settled my home I gave him the biggest hug! He was great and will always recommend him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Daniel was our real-estate agent. He helped us purchase our first rental property. Without hesitation, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Daniel Khoshtinat and his team to help you purchase or sell your home. We have worked with Daniel multiple times. He is diligent and is not happy until his clients are happy. For example, Daniel helped us to negotiate a lower asking price for the home that we were purchasing--even though, we thought that the owners were going to refuse a lower sell price. He also helped us to find a local mortgage company that gave us the lowest loan interest rate. In addition, he made sure that we found trustworthy contractors to remodel our new home. Also, since he knows Maryland very well, he gave us feedback on why certain neighborhoods may be a better option compared to other neighborhoods. Thank you Daniel for your versed knowledge base and honesty. We look forward to working with you again in the future!
