From the first time that my wife and I met Chris, we knew that he was a professional. He took us to see a house we'd found online at about 7:30pm on a Sunday, and was incredibly honest and real with us. It was refreshing that we didn't feel like we were being sold to, but instead given the honest and informed opinion of a real estate professional. He gave us his card when we were through seeing the house, and we went on our way.I work as a trainer of Underwriters at one of the nations largest Home Mortgage Lenders, and am very familiar with the process of buying a home, but it was my first time being in the buyer's shoes. My lender suggested an agent for us, and after just 3 calls with this woman, my wife and I turned tail and ran back to Chris. We hadn't realized how valuable his demeanor and attitude was before we were exposed to a couple other agents. It was refreshing to say the least.Once we decided on the house to purchase, Chris did everything he could to smooth over the process. Like I said, I work for a major lender, and I'm very used to seeing things pop up through the process and derail deals. We were on a tight budget and Chris made sure that the contract was negotiated fairly and hit all the necessary points on our end. He helped schedule inspections, checked on repairs, and was indispensable in the details of working with the city and registering all our necessary documents. I know this sounds like any agent's job, but Chris was there WHENEVER we needed him, and still is to this day. I could go on for an hour about the many times he stopped his day just to help us out, and how reliable he is in both knowledge and action. I'm a little spoiled when it comes to client service and quality of work, and Chris didn't let me down. I couldn't recommend another agent to work with if I tried. If you want someone in your corner who really knows his stuff (and why wouldn't you?) Chris is your guy.
