We were so lucky to find a right person at a right time! I researched some time to find a realtor who can be the person always be on our side and not discourage us! So I randomly picked some of the houses in our budget range, selected well negotiated deal and found Anne as a buyer realtor. She is a champion who knows a lot about the town and properties.
