Rachel is the best! My husband and I were looking to purchase a home. We contacted Rachel about a foreclosure we had been looking at for some time. She offered to add our email to her contacts lists so that if it, or anything new came on the market she would let us know. About a week later, the foreclosure was finally listed for sale. I had been contacting the listing agent for over a year, and never once got a reply, so I was very pleased with her service. We ended up purchasing the foreclosure, after months of negotations and used Rachel as our realtor. She stuck by our side through the entire process, start to finish. There were some "issues" with the home, and after many declines from lenders, Rachel was able to find us a lender that enabled us to purchase the home. She is very personable, honest, and looked out for our best interest. She even does interior design which helped us with some structural and cosmetic changes we wanted to make. We were so impressed with her, we had her list our rental home and was able to secure a wonderful tenant almost immediately, who is still living in the home today.
