Janie helped us purchase a cabin in the Bridges Bay Resort and did an excellent job. She was very responsive when we had questions. We are not local and Janie went the extra mile helping us to sell some of the items left by the previous owner. We would recommend Janie to anyone in need of a realtor in the Okoboji area.

Janie was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a 2 hour travel time to the area for showings and she made the schedule work for us. Answered all our questions and more. Janie was wonderful to work with, highly recommend her as an agent.

Janie was very helpful with showing us several houses to choose from. She helped us with negotiating and we were able to get it several thousands below their asking price. She worked with us as we had to have our closing date extended. We really appreciated all the time and effort Janie put in to get our new home in Spencer.

Janie made our whole experience so easy. We are completely new to the area, and Janie helped us with every step. She went out of her way to expedite our search for a home, the financing, the inspector, etc. And she helped search out all the local utilities for us, so we could be prepared for the move. Janie is a true professional, and we felt so lucky to have had her on our side!

Madi was able to answer all my questions and if she didnt have the answer, she was able to get it to me in a timely manner. Madi did a great job at showing me each property we looked at in depth. Overall, I had a great experience working with Madi.
