I have moved 5 times in the past ten years and I can say hands down, Keith Hartman, has been the most professional and proficient Realtor that I have worked with by far. Keith took the time to understand the needs of my family in terms of the type of home and neighborhood we were interested in. Then after going through a few initial homes, Keith fine tuned his search and brought us around to a good number of homes, all of which were good candidates. Keith did spare us a good deal of time by not brining us to places which we would not be interested in or could afford. I've had more than one Realtor try to push me into a home I did not want, BUT not with Keith, he is too professional for such behavior. Keith was also extremely good by setting our expectations and coaching us when it came time to the contract negotiations and the closing of our new home. Keith was very flexible in his time in order to accommodate our hectic schedules. I know Keith had to rearrange not only his work schedule, but his personal schedule to get us into a house visit on short notice. He did this without mention or complaint. On numerous occasions, Keith put our needs before his own! As we are new to the area, Keith was also a wealth of knowledge being born and raised in the area. Thanks to Keith, we managed to gain a good understanding on the layout of the town and gotten to know it very well in a short period of timeaEUR| including all the little short cuts. In addition to this, Keith was able to help in recommending local craftsmen & services we inquired about all of which are turning out to be very good. His knowledge of local events and places to visit is also helping us immerse ourselves into the local community.
