We were looking for vacant Recreational Land when we contacted Francine. We had found property that we thought was "suitable." Francine pointed out some things in the POA (Property Owners Association) that were "not so great. Talk about an understanding of Real Estate Documents. She assisted us in finding another much larger parcel. She was with us throughout the entire process. Francine also knows quite a few good contractors .
