My wife and I could not be more pleased with the outstanding service Karen Roth provided in selling our co-op. From the very beginning to the closing, she was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond our expectations. Karen personally staged our home to make it shine, even adding a brand-new backsplash that transformed the kitchen and gave the space an extra touch of appeal. Her dedication, care, and attention to detail showed at every step of the process. She treated the sale of our co-op as if it were her own, and it made all the difference. Thanks to Karens expertise and hard work, everything went smoothly, and we always felt we were in the best hands. We are incredibly grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and commitment. We would absolutely recommend Karen Roth to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She takes pride in her work and delivers amazing results.

very attentive and available at any time of the day. Her knowledge allowed us to get the best deal and property. We were able to find this property when times were hard in the buyers market

Karen was very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. She first looked at what we wanted and set out and found us numerous properties in our neighborhood we wanted. She was always on call and more than willing to answer any questions we we had big or small... she was direct and too the point. Both with us the buyer and the other realtors.

Thank you very much Karen for all your assistance you provided! You made the purchase of my first condo extremely pleasant! Definitely would recommend to anyone purchasing. Thank you again!
