Dylan was an outstanding representative for us. We were just looking and didnt know if we wanted to buy. With no ask for commitments, Dylan went out of his way and put in hours of work to find out all the information about the property and answer all of our questions. He even went down to city hall and met with septic company so we didnt have to. We then experienced a whirlwind buying and selling process and Dylan was with us for every step along the way. The pictures his team took of our house were incredible! Dylan is responsive to texts and calls any time of day. I would highly recommend Dylan and the Zebrowski team. Without them, we would not have purchased our forever house.

Dena made buying my first home an absolutely lovely experience. It was actually really fun thanks to her and all the other folks who helped out from my mortgage broker Brad Porter to the inspectors and the finance company folks. Dena was so helpful every step of the way and very communicative as well. If she did not know an answer she found it out right away. She also went to bat for me in the negotiations with the seller and we came away with a very reasonable price. I know not every home buying situation is as fun and easy as mine was but I am so grateful as it is definitely not my strong suit dealing with all the ins and outs of the process. Dena made it very enjoyable and as stress-free as possible and we laughed a lot. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
