We wanted to quickly sell our house at the very best price. Even though it was located in a upper-scale neighborhood, we put nearly nothing into upgrades--unlike our neighbors.Laura and her huge team presented our house in the best, possible light and held many open house days. She took care of the tire kickers, low-ballers and petty, inch-by-inch negotiators--ultimately finding the right offer for our house. We were never left alone--wondering whether would should accept an offer or not.Her staff and contractors/repairmen are fantastic with a special mention for Jeanne (Sales Coordinator). She is very personable and great with coordinating all of the repairs, buyer requests and inevitable, small surprises when selling a home.I highly recommend Laura Sanders and her team. They love what they do and work over-and-above for their customers.

We live out of state and needed someone to help sell my sister's house. We listed the house with Laura/Remax at a price she recommended and was listed with Laura for 9 months. As a realtor, she doesn't do the actual house openings or showings. She has someone from her office handle them and they are very inexperienced. Although I received a weekly update from her assistant on all of the visitors, open houses, "traffic"...the neighbors (across the street and both next door) said they did not see any open houses or visitors. Therefore, you have to wonder if these people were actually coming through the property as she claims. Laura had us reduce the price twice. Keep in mind that every time you reset the price it extends her contract another 3 months. She was recommending that we sell the house $75000 less than where we started. She kept telling us it was changing to a buyers market. We let our contract expire with Laura/Remax. We recommend you not letting her stage anything either. When we decided not to renew the contract, she removed the staging items, left holes in the wall, and never communicated with us about it. She behaved extremely unprofessional and more like a child not getting their way.When we hired the new realtor, she sent us pictures of the work (mostly yard debris...) that was required. It was no wonder we were getting some of the negative feedback.To say the least, our new realtor sold the house in 9 days and closed within 30 days. We were able to sell the property with the new realtor for $40000 more than the last offer Laura had presented. Laura is not what she claims.Honestly, one star is too much.
