Her business card lists her as the number 1 Remax agent in Florida in 2019, the number 20 Remax agent in the United States, and the number 54 Remax agent in the world. Now we understand why. Within 18 days of first meeting with her, she worked with us to get our house ready for sale, we bought a house on a Friday, and sold our house on Monday at $10,000 above asking price, after only two people had seen the house on Sunday, before it even went on the market.She had relationships with every vendor imaginable that we needed to prepare our home for sale, and each one was incredible. Anything that our house needed she took care of. She was our realtor to both sell our house and buy our new one. The two houses are 45 minutes apart, and she and her team were always available when we needed her either to view a property or to handle an issue. We decided to purchase our new house on a Friday evening, and even then, within 30 minutes she had connected us to a mortgage broker who was able to approve our moving forward with the purchase. She was very knowledgeable about things that we needed to handle in our current house, and made sure to not suggest anything that was not necessary. She decided my windows would look better with sheer curtains and dropped them off to my house, ordered and delivered a duvet cover to brighten up our bedroom, and brought us pillows and two wall decorations that she keeps handy and that she wanted us to use for when the house was shown.I have never heard of a realtor providing such service. It is no surprise that she is as highly rated as she is. Buying and selling a home is most definitely not an easy experience, and she has made it as seamless as possible. We cannot recommend her more highly.

Although at times it was hard for me to part ways with my beloved home, Laura was there every step of the way. Without her, I don't think I could have done this. We knew our house had a lot of stuff, and was not show ready. Something I was very worried about. Laura immediately stepped in with staging tips, and ways to make the house really shine, without having to spend a ton of money. (And she even went out of her way to buy us a couple of things for the house!!!) There wasn't a time that she wouldn't answer her phone, it didn't matter if it was a weekend, or 7 PM at night. We are now in our forever home, but if I ever had to go through this process again, I wouldn't hesitate on choosing Laura!

ZillowVERIFIED We live out of state and needed someone to help sell my sister's house. We listed the house with Laura/Remax at a price she recommended and was listed with Laura for 9 months. As a realtor, she doesn't do the actual house openings or showings. She has someone from her office handle them and they are very inexperienced. Although I received a weekly update from her assistant on all of the visitors, open houses, "traffic"...the neighbors (across the street and both next door) said they did not see any open houses or visitors. Therefore, you have to wonder if these people were actually coming through the property as she claims. Laura had us reduce the price twice. Keep in mind that every time you reset the price it extends her contract another 3 months. She was recommending that we sell the house $75000 less than where we started. She kept telling us it was changing to a buyers market. We let our contract expire with Laura/Remax. We recommend you not letting her stage anything either. When we decided not to renew the contract, she removed the staging items, left holes in the wall, and never communicated with us about it. She behaved extremely unprofessional and more like a child not getting their way.When we hired the new realtor, she sent us pictures of the work (mostly yard debris...) that was required. It was no wonder we were getting some of the negative feedback.To say the least, our new realtor sold the house in 9 days and closed within 30 days. We were able to sell the property with the new realtor for $40000 more than the last offer Laura had presented. Laura is not what she claims.Honestly, one star is too much.
