I cannot say enough good things about Jim and Wade. They were knowledgeable, patient and always had time to answer our questions and explain the process. They were able to offer endless resources for items that we needed to take care of during the sale and were careful of costs the entire time. Besides getting our house on the market, dealing with nervous buyers, they also helped us find the perfect rental to bridge the gap between selling and buying our new home. Communication with them was constant and I never felt like I wasnt their top priority that day. I have already referred them to family and friends. If you need to buy, sell or rent, call them!
