It is once again a distinct pleasure for my wife and I to recommend David as the most exceptional of real estate agents. Having purchased a condo with his assistance several years ago we reached out when we were beginning to think about moving to a larger space. David was always willing to sit down and talk, even when we were just in the brainstorming stage, unsure of how we wanted to proceed. He gives thoughtful, strategic, and pragmatic advice. He is well informed about the Greater Boston real estate market, and I never felt like he was simply telling us what we wanted to hear. On top of all the normal pressures of buying and selling in Boston, as our home search was starting to gear up the COVID pandemic hit. Despite the difficulties the pandemic presented, David and his team did an amazing job selling our condo. His work marketing our home was beyond our expectations, we had multiple over-asking offers in the first week and accepted an all-cash over-asking offer. When it then came time to buy a new home David again showed how knowledgeable about the market he is. We were looking in several geographically-varied towns, and David (and his fantastic colleague Colleen) never said no to a weeknight showing halfway across town at rush hour. He talked us out of a few bad houses, encouraged us to stay patient, and when we found the house we really wanted he helped us act aggressively to get it. We emerged from a multiple-offer scenario with a great home for our family, and I can confidently say we could not have done it without David.
