We found Luke to be clear, supportive, and honest when it came to sell my moms house. Having a realistic view of the location, age, and time of year was great at setting expectations. We also had two options when offers came in (1) buyer wanted to buy the lot and take down the house and the low offer showed that and (2) buyer wanted the house with plans to do renovations and the offer showed that. We sold the house to the second offer.
