It was great to know when houses were built, who the builder was, and some motivations behind the developments. He gave us great pointers on how best to write the offers. We were able to out bid the next bidder because of his tips. We made several trips to look at houses and he was always available, and very patient until we found what we wanted.

Rick went above and beyond in his service. He provided valuable assistance in selling our California property while we resided out-of-state.
