RE/MAX Gold

My wife and I are from the Sacramento area and needed assistance selling my father in laws mobile home in Sonora. This was a very difficult situation with many variables to accomplish the sale of the mobile home. Kristin worked very hard, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for everything she has done for our family.

Best realtor experience to date. Kristin sold our home and helped us find our new forever home within the same transaction. Everything went as well as we could have ever hoped! She is on top of it, extremely organized and always available for any want or need during the process of buying or selling! My husband and I would both reccomend her to anyone we know looking for a realtor that will get the job done! Thanks again for such a positive experience!

Highly recommend Kristin Frankhauser, she is reliable, gives great feedback, and made sure we got a great deal on a hot home that had more than 13 offers on it! We loved working with Kristin she always gave all the details and was on top of her game!

Using Kristin as my real estate agent was the best decision I could have made in finding my new home. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and concerns and she talked me through every step of the way! She made the home buying process effortless. I am so grateful to have had her in my corner the whole time. If you are looking to buy or sell, Kristin is the one to make it happen!
