Very professional and easy to work with. Had a charming demeanor and made the process of sifting through multiple listings easy. I would recommend Demetre in the future to any in the market for buying or selling a home in the greater Sacramento area.

As a seller, Demetre is a very patient agent, verity professional, went the extra mile to deliver on his word, explained the whole process from the beginning to and, and was available for us at all times, when needed and

Working with Mr. Paraskevas , was an excellent experience. He put extra time and work into selling my house. His capacity to work willingly all times required will not be forgotten.

This is many years overdue, but I had a great experience working with Demetre. Fresh out of college, I moved to Sacramento for my first job. Through a connection of a connection, I was put in contact with Demetre. He went out of his way to drive me around the city for an entire day to show me various areas and get a feel for Sacramento. Rather than just try to sell me on a unit, he was happy to share his knowledge of the city and provide advice on which areas I may want to look into. Demetre didn't ask for any compensation for his time and only wanted to help. He is a genuinely good person and a great agent.

I have talked to several agents in my adult life, and I am finding it a pleasure working with Demetre. I find his knowledge and candidness very helpful when looking at homes in the North Natomas area. Specifically, Demetre pointed out things that I did not see or notice when we looked at homes last week. Demetre points out the unobvious in a professional way and is not afraid to give his advise. Demetre is truly a class act.
