From the second Michelle got matched with my fiancA(C) and I on Zillow, she exhibited nothing but professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. She was so down to earth and able to connect with us as a friend, never trying to upsell or convince us to do something we didn't want to do. We were first time homebuyers and knew nothing about the process, but Michelle guided us with grace throughout the entire process, even when tackled with my hundreds of questions! She was extremely responsive and answered my texts at all times of the day. When we found the home of our dreams in the town of our dreams, but were discouraged because of the hot market and multiple offers on it, Michelle went above and beyond and got us our home! Where do I begin with how WONDERFUL Carla was during our first home buying experience. My fiancA(C) and I had been meeting realtors at open houses for a couple months prior to selecting Carla. We could not agree on the right realtor for us and luckily, a close friend, referred me to Carla. Carla was quick to respond and called me back right away to find out our desired area and what we were looking for in a home. I asked Carla if she had a referral to help us get pre-approved for a loan and she provided me with an AWESOME referral, Martin "Marty" McGovern. Within a day my fiancA(C) and I were approved for a loan and we were off to find our new home, with Carla's assistance. We sent Carla a few listings we were interested in and she met us the same day to show them all to us. That weekend Carla met us again and showed us a few she had found. We quickly fell in love with one of them and put an offer in on the house the same day! The sellers received three offers and we eventually were the winning offer. Every step of the way Carla was there to share her knowledge and graciously answer each and every question we had (and there were a lot!). With Carla and Martys assistance, we were able to close several days early (and what a relief that is!)! I wholeheartedly would refer anyone I know to Carla and Marty! They are a dream team!! We feel like we made a great friend through this whole experience! Thank you, Carla, for making our first home buying experience seamless.
