Re/Max Gold of Florida

Terry was amazing to work with! He was always available to answer my questions, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made buying my first home so easy. I truly appreciate all of his hard work and highly recommend Terry to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Terry did an amazing job throughout the entire home buying process. He genuinely cares and makes sure youre well informed about everything. Terry has shown his intelligence and experience combined with excellent judgment. I knew I was in great hands the first moment we spoke. Working with him has shown me what professionalism and integrity looks like. Any future home buyers out there, do yourself a favor and work with Terry. You will be extremely satisfied with the results and the overall experience.

I'm so glad I was referred to Terry when I started looking for my first home! We looked at quite a few places around Port St. Lucie, and from the beginning he was patient, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. One thing that really stood out to me was how responsive he was. No matter what time I had a question or needed something, Terry was always so quick to respond to my texts. As a first-time homebuyer, having someone who was available and willing to explain things along the way made the whole process so much less stressful. I'm so thankful for Terrys help in getting me into my first home. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel a lot easier, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

When we first started talking with our lender she recommended Terry, we could not have ever found a better realtor than him! my husband David and i are first time home buyers and he made the process SO easy and we didnt have any concerns/stress throughout the closing process. He was able to get us our first home and we will forever be grateful for that! if you are looking for a realtor dont think twice about reaching out to him

My house was on the market for 4 months. I separated from the previous realtor and connected w Terry. Within a week I had new pictures, a clearer understanding of the market and realistic expectations. The house was under contract in less that 72 hours!!!!!!! Terry is one of a kind!
