Bill did a great job helping me with the purchase of my new home. Despite a surprise complication, Bill made sure everything was ready to go and the house closed with no additional problems. He paid great attention to what I was looking for and found me the perfect house. Id recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Bill was great. We were first time home buyers. He knew the all about the neighborhoods and schools. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the home market. Any time we had a question about the process, a property or next steps he would always have an answer. Another great thing about Bill is he knows a lot of people in Napa that he can connect you with for services (handyman, roofers, plumbers, etc.) after you close as well. I highly recommend working with Bill and his team! We had a great experience and so will you!

Bill went above and beyond on my home sale. Was on top of everything throughout the process; which ended up being longer (not due to anything related to him) than imagined. He also assisted and navigated with the details related to the purchase of my new home. Truly pleased with his work and care.

Bill did an excellent job on helping my wife and I find our dream home. Bill was patient, helpful, available, and understanding, throughout the entire process. We started working with Bill in 2023. Bill was very knowledgeable and considerate of our specific wants and features for our future home. We closed on our home in the summer of 2025. We are very thankful for being able to work with Bill. We would recommend him to family and friends in the Napa Valley, Solano County area. Thank you again Bill for being readily available, knowledgeable, and patient with us!
