RE/MAX Gold

I cant say enough good things about Sarah Padilla. Buying a home is no joke, and we definitely went through it together. There were ups, downs, stressful moments, tough decisions, and she showed up for all of it. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. I never felt like just another client. She advocated for me, helped me think through hard decisions, and somehow managed to make a very overwhelming process feel manageable. I'm so thankful to have had her in my corner and truly dont think I would have gotten through this process the same way without her. If youre looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and will fight for you, shes your person.

Sarah was such an amazing person to work with. She helped my parents buy their home and they recommended her to me. She made the process of buying a home so easy. She treats the house buying process like if she were buying it for herself. Shes very transparent, trustworthy and communicative.

Sarah was extraordinary in getting my husband and I in just the right place to purchase our home. That entailed listening to Sarahs extensive knowledge about Sacramento neighborhoods, connecting with her extraordinary Financial expert, who fought to find us the most competitive interest rate, and, finally, Sarahs expertise in evaluating the homes condition and needs. We are incredibly lucky to have worked with Sarah and cannot recommend her expertise enough!
