Working with Sarah was a great experience!! I highly recommend her to anyone!! She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, school districts, neighborhoods, and the market. She helped us look for our first home in the areas of Benicia, Cordelia, and Fairfield proper. She always had a positive attitude and was willing to work long hours to make us the most competitive buyers in the market. She was very patient with us as first time buyers. She explained the process to us and walk us all the way through the end to closing and getting our keys!! She has a lot of connections in the area and had great recommendations for inspectors, home repair companies, and handymen. She often worked late into the night drafting documents.
