Charlotte, what bad things can we say about her... If being on time, professional, going above and beyond is a bad thing, Charlotte is a terrible agent to represent you. :)In all seriousness, Charlotte is among some of the best agents we've had the opportunity to work with. She's punctual, which is super important to us. You can tell how professional someone is by how they handle appointment times with their clients and Charlotte is superb in that department. Charlotte also went above and beyond her duty as an agent to help us. Since we live a few hours away from the area we wanted to invest in, there we numerous times Charlotte helped us arranged for many of the pre-purchase inspections - making our lives a whole lot easier. Additionally, Charlotte is not only knowledgeable of local markets, she's very well versed with the entire transaction process from beginning to end. She's very responsive with communication as well. Erick is very reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Erick was the agent for my cousin when her and her husband bought their first home. My cousin highly recommended him when I was looking for an agent for selling my condo 3 years ago. He did wonderful job and I couldn't ask for more. This year when I was looking for a house, of course I asked Erick to work with me. I know that he has been in the business long time and responses quickly to his clients. And he is very flexible and patient . I definitely thought that his these strengths are what I need for the current hot market. Sure enough I purchased the perfect house. Buying a house is a big decision and the process can be very stressful. However it was fun not stressful. I really enjoyed the every single step of process because of Erick's partnership and help. Also his team is so awesome. We went to many open houses but he never rush me to make a decision but definitely shared his helpful and professional opinions . All the terms on the documents were a foreign language to me. He walked through with me literally line by line so I fielt confident about what I signed for.
