We came to him because he knows the area he works in very well, and even knew about several prospecting houses in the area before they were officially on the market. He works not only with great experience, but also a friendly and ethical mindset. If a house was not right for you, he did not try to sell you on it. He was always willing to do quick notice showings at strange time to fit our schedule.

This was my childhood home and there were two recent deaths in my family I had a lot of feelings and Francisco was very understanding. He got me a great price for the property. Francisco did an amazing job handling our transactions! He assisted us with the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. He coordinated with the buyers agent for all inspections and necessary documents, we didn't have to do much. He negotiated on our behalf the request for repairs and interest buy down for the purchase of our new home as well as getting our offer accepted under asking price. He was very responsive when I had questions and always picks up the phone when I call. 100% professional and super respectful. Definitely listens to his clients' needs and makes sure he has his clients' best interests in mind. If we ever decide to move again, he'd be the one I'd call.
