My dad used Nikki in helping us to sell our family home of 36 years. From the beginning, Nikki was so understanding of how emotional it was for myself, dad, and 2 sisters. She was extremely patient with us in working with the timeline we had in mind so my dad could find a new home prior to listing this one. Once the actual selling process began, Nikki removed our remaining furniture, had the carpets and house cleaned, got it staged, photographed, and listed within 1 week!
